Batu Caves, one of Malaysia’s most popular tourist sites, is a limestone hill with three big caves and numerous lesser caves. The limestone formations in this 100-year-old cave network shelter Hindu shrines, making it an important holy monument for Hindus. Other caves, such as the Art Gallery Cave and the Museum Cave, also feature Hindu statues and murals.
